Robert “Bob” Charles Bathgate, born in 1942, was the son of Mildrid Winfield Bathgate and Emmanuel Bathgate of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 18, 2023. Bob served his country in the Air Force. After his time in the service, he met his wife, Gretchen Hoover Bathgate. They spent 55 wonderful years together and had 3 children, Michael (deceased), Amy (Stephen Livernois), and Sarah (Ben Lawrence). One of Bob’s favorite roles was that of Grandpa to his 6 grandchildren. He spent years serving as a volunteer at Banner University Hospital. Bob also loved reading and his beloved Steelers. He is preceded in death by his brother, William Bathgate. Service plans are still being decided.
