Darren Michael Smallwood, 35, passed away April 14, 2023 in Sun City West, Arizona. He was born June 2, 1987 to parents Marilyn and Gregory Smallwood in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated Guilford High School in 2005, attended Rock Valley College and worked as a restoration supervisor. Darren loved basketball, baseball and playing cards.
Darren is predeceased by his grandparents, Kenneth and Marion Clapp; Karl and Shirley Kuczynski. He is survived by his parents, Marilyn and Gregory Smallwood; sister, Melissa (Billy) Schneider; his niece and nephews, Konan, Kopeland and Lowyn; and his son, Bryce Dylan Smallwood.
